Goals

After one week of prep (eliminating water weight, etc..) my base weight is exactly 280 pounds
Goals:
  1. 250 (easy)
  2. 220 (can be done)
  3. 190 (hopefully, but I don't know)
  4. 175 (we can dream can't we)
